Giveaway Index keeps the public site lightweight. Clickout tracking may record the giveaway ID, referrer, user agent, and timestamp to understand which listings are useful.

Giveaway Index uses Google Analytics 4 only after you allow optional analytics. It helps us understand page views, navigation, device types, approximate location, and referral sources so we can improve the directory. Advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad personalization are disabled. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics choices in the footer.

If you join the weekly newsletter, your email address and subscription status are managed by our email service provider, Brevo. Giveaway Index stores a one-way hash of the address with the consent wording, source page, and timestamp so the request can be audited without keeping a second readable copy of the address.

Newsletter signup uses double opt-in. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time. We use newsletter data to send current and featured giveaways, plus occasional Giveaway Index project announcements described beside the signup form.

The private admin tools are only for managing listings. Do not submit sensitive personal information through Giveaway Index.
